Ukraine Calls for Help amid Shattered Ceasefire

Ukraine military officials say rebel attacks continue despite the ceasefire that was called five days ago.

They claim separatist rebels fired on Ukrainian positions nearly 50 times over the past 24 hours.
The Ukrainian government has requested international troops to help enforce the peace deal. Renewed attacks by separatist rebels forced Ukrainian troops to abandon the town of Debaltseve.
The Ukrainian president said he made the peacekeepers request because pro-Russian rebels have repeatedly ignored and violated the truce since it took effect.
Nevertheless, Moscow and pro-Russian separatists have rejected the idea.
Russia and the rebels say the Ukrainian government is only trying to destroy the ceasefire agreement negotiated last week in Belarus.
CBN is on the ground helping the Ukrainian people. Efrem Graham spoke with CBN Disaster Relief Director Brian Scott to find out what they are doing to help.
