TO THE GIRLS

Girls do not drop your principles for any man. I recall my previous relationship, I must confess, I had a very

low self-esteem. I felt my world evolved around him and I gave him a very strong power over me to do to me as he liked. I did everything possible to please him, even doing things that I do not usually do; things that are against my principles. I broke all my principles and everything that gave me some sense of integrity. Why? Because I trusted him more than I trusted God; I felt he could meet all my needs probably because of one or two things he got for me. I felt he was the only man that existed in the world for me. So in return, he used and manipulated me the way he liked.  He always tells me that no other man can love me except him. Yet, he was the
same person that would assault me, beat me, drag my hair around and all manner of horrible things. That is manipulation from the Pit of Hell. But I did not and refused to see all that because my eyes were clouded with the lies of love which he kept professing whenever we made up. But I thank God for setting me free!!

God made every one special for special purposes.  Even in the church, it is not only the pastor that is blessed and anointed to bless us with the word; we can bless him or her in return. The Bible said we should edify each other. It means that every one has something special in him or her to give another person; something unique to each and every one. We are all wonderfully made. The moment we look down or less on ourselves, we get less. We are what we attract. If we act like prostitutes, then it is only guys that want sex that will want to be close to us. The way we carry ourselves matter. From the physical (appearance) to the spiritual (character from the fruits of the spirit); everything counts. If we are Christians, we attract Christian brothers and friends. You cannot act or be a prostitute or someone with a character who is not of God and attract Christian friends. And as a true Christian, you cannot attract an unbeliever or people of the world because they will find it uncomfortable being around you. Do not live your life for anybody by trying to impress or please the person at the detriment of your happiness. Be yourself and the right man will accept you for who you really are. You will not have difficulty in compatibility because he has already seen and known your personality. Develop yourself to be a virtuous woman, a woman that every man will want to reckon with.

And for those of you trying to be in one relationships or the other, love does no harm. If the guy does not love you as Christ loved the church or did not pursue you the way Christ did, he is not worth your time. That someone has a good character and good appearance and talks nicely to you does not mean he is the one for you. Don't let any man make you feel less than you are; any man that will take you away from the presence of God and make you break your principles is not meant for you. You deserve the best because you are the daughter of a King, and you can only get it when u are close to your Father. Behave like a queen that you are, and then you can attract a King.
